We resell to benefit our clients

While it is common for service providers to become resellers so that they can maximize their profit on an implementation, this is counter to our approach. We try to ensure that our clients receive the best service and prices from us.

There are many benefits that our customers receive from Whitehorse Technology Solutions being a reseller.

  • By getting reseller pricing and only having a markup to cover costs we can pass on the savings to our clients.

  • By being both a reseller and a trained support organization for a product line we can obtain access well beyond the standard 800 number to support our clients. We benefit from access to both the developers and engineers of a product.

  • We gain greater weight with the manufacturer for future suggestions and directions for the products.

  • Every single manufacturer that Whitehorse Technology Solutions has a relationship with has been chosen because they were the right choice for a customer’s need. Then a partnership was entered into.

  • There have been occasions where another reseller, because of bulk purchasing power, could give a lower sale price than Whitehorse Technology Solutions. On those occasions the engineer on site has recommended the other reseller. That still gives us the enhanced relationship with the manufacturer.
