More computer network support specific topics such as basic networking, operating system fundamentals and networks can also be studied at the computer network support colleges. There are certain highly specialized instITutes that offer graduate apprenticeship schemes to train computer network support specialists and desktop technicians even further.
This type of training is usually continued on the job you currently have. IT covers ICT hardware and software support, computer and networks problem solving.; advanced networking like LAN, VLAN, WLAN and WAN maintenance and creation; other technologies such as wireless systems, DSL or VPN . The other courses include network systems management, customer support systems, repair center procedures and telecommunications planning. Teams of technicians that are organized in companies are usually looked up by large organizations. These will probably want long lasting IT support contracts and only IT and computer support companies can provide services well enough for that. But there is also a scope for self-employment or freelance work for the home users and small business owners.
