Most large corporate organizations are taking up accounts in Hosted Exchange these days because of the increased security and reliability that it offers the corporate organizations. Most Hosted Exchange solutions are highly centralized services that are built on high performance and high availability of infrastructure. A network analyst DC should be able to help a corporate organization decide on the Hosted exchange service that will work best for that particular corporate organization. Almost every Hosted Exchange server offers companies the following: Global Address List, Address List, Offline Address List and a top-level public folder within the root public folder tree. The amount of space that a company plans to use from a hosted exchange depends on the nature of the company as well as the size of the company.
