All of the following questions are optional,
but the more information that you can provide,
the more accurate the quote will be.

2) Is the data encrypted?
3) What is the file system (e.g. NTFS, FAT etc?)
4) Who is the manufacturer of the disk?
5) What is the capacity of the disk?
6) What is the operating system?
7) What is the media type (e.g. a single disk, RAID, tape, USB stick etc.)?
8) What kind of data is on the hard drive (e.g. MS Office documents, databases, photos etc)
9) Is the data in a virtual environment, how is the environment configured?
10) Is there a possibility that the data will be used for Litigation Purposes?
11) How urgent is the recovery (high,medium.or low)
