Our server was down and our files lost. We tried repeatedly to get someone to come out, but they would not come for days. Our franchise in Bethesda recently moved over Thanksgiving weekend from a space in the back of a mall to a highly visible curb-side location. On paper the moved looked like it would all go smoothly, with Whitehorse handling all our technology needs. The day of the move came and the DSL and phones were turned off in the old location and all the technology, refrigeration and production equipment moved to the new location. That was when everything seemed to start going wrong. Our very old phone system didn't survive the move. It just didn't turn back on, but that didn't matter because Verizon had totally dropped the ball, and there we were with no phone lines or internet access turned on in the new store. Our business depends upon internet orders and phone orders coming in. The internet is used for processing orders for our and other locations, and of course processing credit cards. So there we were, expecting to start production on Monday but with no way to get the orders, or collect any money for them. Our business was dead in the water. I called Whitehorse and was put through to the owner's cell phone. At 9pm that Saturday evening he arrived with equipment that let us connect to the internet using a cellphone network and a VoIP phone that worked over the connection. On Sunday he had his telephone specialist talk to us who then over-nighted a refurbished replacement phone system so we had the minimal equipment to purchase. Verizon fixed their phone lines by the middle of the week, but it took them over five weeks to get their internet line active. If we hadn't had the amazing support of Whitehorse we would have been unable to get any income for those weeks while still paying rent and salaries. We would probably be out of business if it wasn't for Whitehorse Technology Solutions.

Whitehorse Technology Solutions has been supporting the Embassy of India in Washington, DC for nearly two years now. We use them for server support, firewall support and complex end user issues support for our two site 110+ user secure network. More simple tasks, physical setting up of the computers etc. is done in-house.

The majority of the work is done by their remote staff that I have found to be extremely responsive any time of day or night and will always do everything possible to resolve the problems.
